Judith Heath was born in Seattle Washington. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in English Literature, a major in creative writing from the University of Washington, and minors in art and science. Travel and teaching fuel her fascination for myth, history and archaeology. She and her husband live in Port Townsend, Washington.
Among her non-fiction credits are seventeen titles for Learning at Home Teaching Guides, including Nourishing Creativity: A Beginning Art Guide. Her writing has also appeared in Makers of Destiny, Hawaiian Style, Vol. II; John Tulius’ Lies and Limericks: Inspirations from Ireland; and the poetry magazine, Fragments. Scarstone is her first work of fiction, and her first to be published electronically.
